|summary=You are afflicted by a strong bloodlust, while you retain your mind you can sometimes lose sight of what's important.

|effect=While in combat against hostile opponents you are taken by bloodlust, and cannot willingly deal non-lethal damage and you cannot take the [[SRD:Standard Actions#Total Defense|total defense]] or [[SRD:Withdraw|withdraw]] action. Additionally, you take a –6 penalty on [[SRD:Diplomacy Skill|diplomacy]] checks made against unfriendly and hostile creature, and cannot attempt such check while engaged in combat. 

You are able to temporarily control your bloodlust as a free action once per round, you may do so outside of your turn when you would choose to take an attack of opportunity. Doing so requires a [[Will]] save (DC 10 + half your level). On a success all effects of this flaw are suppressed until the start of your next turn, but you take a cumulative –2 penalty on this [[Will]] save until the end of the encounter. If you are engaged in melee combat while attempting this save, the DC increases by 5. If you fail this [[Will]] save you cannot attempt to suppress your bloodlust again this encounter.
