The target's bite attack deals an additional +1d6 points of acid damage with each attack per four levels (maximum 5d6 at 20th).  Those bitten must succeed on a [[Fortitude]] save or the acid is injected deep under the skin and continues to burn for 1d6 points of acid damage and cause the creature to take -2 on attack rolls, damage rolls, skill checks, and ability check for the next 5 rounds from the pain.  Multiple bites do not stack, but they do reset the duration.  Creatures immune to pain take the acid damage, but not the penalty.

The acid damage also applies to any creatures who have been swallowed by abilities such as Swallow Whole.
