|effect=While in a combat situation, your action are limited as if you were a raging [[SRD:Barbarian|Barbarian]]. You may still cast spells, use powers, and perform restricted skills but you take a &minus;4 penalty on [[SRD:Concentration Skill|Concentration]] checks and other skill checks while doing so. If you are raging, you increase your penalty to AC by 1 and do not gain a bonus on [[Will]] save.

In a stressful situation you take a &minus;2 penalty on all checks that would be impossible to use during a [[SRD:Barbarian|Barbarian]]'s rage.
