|fluff=Eratosthenes is regarded as one of the first to adapt the more complex and esoteric teaching methods of the Infinite Lotus disciples into a form that those trained in the Sublime Way using Reshar's methods could understand. He also came up with a simple meditation to improve concentration that focused on mentally eliminating successive prime multiples until only the prime numbers remained. Surprisingly, this method gave those that could master it (performing the 'sieve' to 10 million or more) the strange and intermittent ability to simply ignore magic directed at them. Eratosthenes never came to any conclusion as to why this was the case - and the Infinite Lotus disciples who were asked simply laughed and pointed all around them.
