The foam flask is actually a pair of separated reactive alchemical solutions strapped together and embedded in a gelatinous coating with an easy-to-break outer shell. [[Summary::The whole flask is designed to react together to create a mess of flame- and heat-resistant foam.]] When thrown, a direct hit deals 1d4 points of non-lethal damage from the impact. 

Immediately after the impact, the foam expands in its space, extinguishing unprotected flames. Creatures and objects in the space gain [[SRD:Energy Resistance|fire resistance]] 10 and [[Hinder Energy (3.5e Creature Ability)|energy hindrance]] 50% against [Fire] effects and damage and are granted 20% concealment from all the foam. The following round, all spaces adjacent to the impact zone fill with foam as it expands. Each round spent within a foamy square, creatures with the [[SRD:Fire Subtype|fire subtype]] are dealt 1d6 lethal damage. A square of foam that's dealt more than 20 [Fire] damage from a single effect burns off afterwards. The foam pops and dissipates after 5 rounds.
