The wearer of the ring is capable of defying gravity and such is always under the effect of the [[SRD:Fly|''fly'']] spell. The ring can also be used to project energy offensively each 1d4 rounds, creating an effect similar to [[Pure Incendiary Cloud (3.5e Spell)|''pure incendiary cloud'']] except the area is changed to a 15 feet cone and it always last 3 round. The ring also allow it user to make construct of light, duplicating the [[SRD:Astral Construct (Power)|''astral construct'']] power (augmented to 17 power point) once per hour, the construct is always radiating light as a [[SRD:Daylight|''daylight'']] spell. 

Finally the ring grant extreme vigor to it wearer, always placing her under the effect of [[SRD:Divine Power|''divine power'']] and [[SRD:Haste|''haste'']].
