This functions as a ''[[SRD:Magic Mouth|magic mouth]]'' spell which you can either place as normal, or place the magic mouth spell in any similar terrain which you are familiar with.  For example, you could be in a random forest and cast this utterance to place a ''magic mouth'' by the giant stump in the forbidden forest 1000 miles away that you are familiar with.  You are aware when your magic mouth effects go off, but gain no other information other than using it as a one-way communication.
