A phantom weapon can strike incorporeal and ethereal creature as a [[SRD:Ghost Touch (Weapon Enhancement)|ghost touch]] weapon. Finally a phantom weapon is constantly under the effect of [[Soulbinding Sword (3.5e Spell)|''soulbinding sword'']], except it does not need to meet a minimum cost for holding a soul and may only contain a single creature within at any time.

Special: This ability may be added to a [[SRD:Ghost Touch (Weapon Enhancement)|Ghost Touch]] weapon at a cost of only an additional +4 bonus.
