She regain those temporary hit point at the end of each round she concentrate on this spell. If the temporary hit points are depleted, you lose the shield bonus to AC granted by this spell and the spell end.

If you concentrate on this spell with anything but a standard action, the amount of temporary hit point gained is halved.</onlyinclude>
