The cloud is thick enough to provide 20% miss chance due to concealment, which is not bypassed by ''[[SRD:True Seeing|true seeing]]'' and the like and instead represents the chance of the blades simply getting in the way of attacks.  You also gain a +4 circumstance bonus on [[Reflex]] saves.
