Everscroll Bag
This mundane-appearing bag is actually stuffed with an endless number of scrolls of all kinds.
To use this bag, the owner must say the name of an arcane spell and reach into the bag, upon which he may pull a scroll of that spell as a standard action. The scroll must be used within one round of being pulled out or it disappears. There is a 50% chance that the bag will not contain another copy of said scroll and in this case another scroll of that spell cannot be extracted for 24 hours when the scroll regenerates.
The bag originally starts empty, but any scroll placed within it is absorbed into the bag's repertoire, and may be pulled out as previously mentioned any number of times (until it fails, and then that particular spell cannot be drawn until 24 hours have passed).
The price of the bag may be increased by 50% to allow for a 75% chance of the scroll being pulled out, and may be decreased by 50% to allow only for a 25% chance of the scroll being pulled out.
The maximum level of spell scroll that can be extracted from the bag is described by the price below (minimum 1st level). Thus, a bag that could have 2nd level and lower spells extracted from it would cost 4,000 gp (1,000 x 2 (spell level) squared).
Aura: Faint (DC 17) conjuration Price: 1,000 gp x spell level squared
