Weight Limits

Prehaps weight also should limit the domain ability. As it is, assuming water is worth no more than 1 cp per 10lbs, a 3rd level cleric of this domain could drown an enemy under over 20,000 gallons of water as a standard action (but I am sure there are more abusive uses). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.68.30.244 (talkcontribs) at

Good catch, unsigned nameless one. I made it solid only for one (I forgot about liquids and gases, don't want to conjure X gp worth of solar plasma now) and put a minimum 1 cp for free things, so no infinite clubs and quarterstaff black holes forming.
