A riverine encountered in its lair has a challenge rating of 13 (10,000 XP).
Lair Actions
[1] When fighting inside its lair, an riverine can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the fay takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the fay can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Phantasmal Mist.
- River's Fury.
Regional Effects
[1] The region containing a riverine's lair
- Clearwater Sight.
- River's Bounty.
- Spirit Guidance.
If the riverine dies, effects fade in 1d10 days.
