Riverine's Lair

[1] The lair is a significant point (or points) on the river and in their temple.

A riverine encountered in its lair has a challenge rating of 13 (10,000 XP).

Lair Actions

[1] When fighting inside its lair, an riverine can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the fay takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the fay can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Phantasmal Mist.
  • River's Fury.

Regional Effects

[1] The region containing a riverine's lair

  • Clearwater Sight.
  • River's Bounty.
  • Spirit Guidance.

If the riverine dies, effects fade in 1d10 days.
