It's kind of something I'd expect in line with a bow ranger's spells or something. It's kind of hard for me to quantify exactly why, sorry. - Well, for one thing it isn't "always on" (you have to have already taken damage for it). Beyond that, the resistance and DR numbers just aren't particularly high.
