A buoyant item always floats in liquids when not held or wielded. If commanded before dropped into liquid, the equipment spins to point north. If dropped or commanded while submerged, the item rises 15 feet per round and has an effective carrying capacity of ten times its own weight.
This is a prestige enhancement. Equipment may have only a single prestige enhancement.
