With a simple touch you scatter the molecules forming a creature or object around the multiverse, essentially teleporting your target apart. The effect is extremely damaging, dealing 9d10 points of damage which ignore hardness and regeneration. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit point or lower by this power, it is obliterated, leaving only its equipment behind.
Augment: For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage increases by 1d10 points. For each extra 2d10 points of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
