Your eldritch blast cannot miss it target, it will curve around corner and travel any distance to hit it target no matter it position, concealment or cover. It totally ignore any miss chances, do not require an attack roll to hit and no effect can cause it to miss.
If the target teleport away or even plane shift before the omega blast hit, it will relentlessly pursue (even go so far as travelling through planes and dimension in seconds) the target and will be hit it at the beginning of itnext round, no matter the target's position or the distance between the warlock and the target. The blast must still be fired at a target you have line of sight or line of effect, however after firing neither are needed.
