Those who seek to master Bone Crown quickly find that some of it most effective technique are quite mundane. And dishonorable.
While in this stance, the initiator increase the critical threat of any discipline weapon attack made against a foe that is either being flanked by the initiator or has denied it dexterity denied against the attack by 1. This stack with any other effect which increase critical hit modifier, but is applied after.
