I've begun the salvage operation. This is... well, this isn't broken per se, it just seems out of place. Psionics aren't the best at summoning, and they don't really handle the elementals beyond their acid/cold/fire/sonic Energy routine. And this seems to have little to do with Astral anything. Flavorwise, it's all over the place. Mechanics... eh. It works?

Funny thing is, I could totally see this working as some kind of "Concentrate and puppet around something that looks like an elemental, made out of elemental bits nearby" like the Control X spells in SpC. But I admit I am too lazy for that brand of reformatting on this one. I will leave it to others to adopt. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 03:09, 10 July 2019 (MDT)
