There's not a spell level this would even make sense at. It's just not a workable idea in this form without enough of an overhaul that you should just start over. Also, parts of it straight-up don't make sense making it unusable just for that. First order of business, steal permanency, because Universal (Divine). Don't tell me I can't. I want to ruin this campaign on the first session! Snarl! |
