Sentient Conjuration[edit]

A vaguely humanoid figure, made of constantly dripping material conjured from nothing.

Personality[edit]

Sentient conjurations have all sorts of different personalities.

Physical Description[edit]

Sentient conjurations are, at their most basic level, rifts in space made of pure conjuration magic. They appear to be crude humanoid shapes made of some material which drips from them as they move, and yet the shape never gets smaller from all the dripping.

Relations[edit]

Sentient conjurations don't form an organized coalition, but they usually make personal alliances just fine.

Alignment[edit]

Sentient conjurations have all kinds of alignments.

Lands[edit]

Sentient conjurations are found all over the place.

Religion[edit]

Sentient conjurations tend to worship deities of crafting or creation.

Language[edit]

Sentient conjurations know Common, the language of the salt of the earth.

Names[edit]

Sentient conjurations tend to have names like Thing, or Sand, or The Wanderer.

Racial Traits[edit]

  • Elemental: Sentient Conjurations are elemental beings, and have their immunities to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, stunning, critical hits, and flanking. 
  • Medium: As a Medium creature, a sentient conjuration has no special bonuses or penalties due to its size.
  • Sentient Conjuration base land speed is 30 feet.  
  • Darkvision: A sentient conjuration can see in the dark up to 60 feet. Darkvision is black and white only, but it is otherwise like normal sight, and a sentient conjuration can function just fine with no light at all. 
  • Material (Su): Each Sentient Conjuration is made of one material, which may be: sand, dirt, mud, water, dust, leaves, colorful but worthless gemstones, or gravel. If it remains perfectly still, the Sentient Conjuration can effectively pretend to be a normal pile of the material. As it moves, it leaves behind a trail of that material, 1 cubic foot of material for every foot traveled. The material is not permanent, but disappears after 1 hour per Hit Die. 
  • Shrinkage: While at half or less HP, the Sentient Conjuration decreases in size by one category. When at one-quarter or less HP, the Sentient Conjuration decreases in size by another category. 
  • Fast Healing (Su): The Sentient Conjuration has fast healing 1, and heals an additional 1 HP for every 30 feet it moves. 
  • Regrowth (Su): If slain, the Sentient Conjuration leaves behind a small rift in space that continues to slowly drip material until it recreates the Sentient Conjuration. This takes 1 hour, but can be blocked by placing an object in the way.
  • Automatic Languages: Common
  • Bonus Languages: Terran, Ignan, Aquan, Sylvan, Draconic.
  • Favored Class: Any
  • Level Adjustment: +0
  • Effective Character Level: 1
