Null balance point

I fixed Template:Table Row to correctly deal with empty columns, so the None Assigned balance point isn't really needed if you don't want it. -Cedges 19:28, May 27, 2010 (UTC)

Since you can't actually do searches for {null set} properties with semantic wiki (even by subtracting off all of the filled property sets), using an actual default that doesn't mean anything is useful for tracking purposes. I don't think we ever thought about it though.
