Drain
Ability drain is no joke. Between drain and multiround staggering, it pushes into Dark territory here. Especially since these are at will. The idea is nice, but I think it underleveled right now. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 07:04, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
Instructions Unclear
