You overload the senses causing the creature to fall into emotional euphoria or even a religious sense of wonder.  They take enough non-lethal damage to equal their maximum hp + 10.  The experience leaves the target craving for more even when they are returned to consciousness, causing targets to take a -2 penalty to saves against mind-affecting effects and a -4 penalty on Concentration checks.  This lasts until the creature has either rested for 8 hours, or all non-lethal damage done by this power is recovered.  On a successful saving throw they are distracted, taking a -4 penalty on all attack rolls, damage, ability checks, and skill checks for 1 round.

Intrinsic mental safeguards prevent the manifester from targeting themselves, though the power may be reflected with ''[[SRD:Reddopsi|reddopsi]]'' and similar effects.

'''Augment:''' For every 2 additional power points you spend, increase the penalty on Concentration checks or the penalty granted by a successful save by 1.

If you spend 4 additional power points, the craving side effect of this power is Permanent, even if you recover all of the non-lethal damage.  It can be removed by any effect which can remove curses.

For each 2 power ponts spent, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
