A blunderbuss is a large firearm designed to deal with opponents in close range. When a blunderbuss fire it target all creatures within a 20 feet line-shaped burst, using the same attack roll and damage roll against each creature separately. If the range of the blunderbuss increase, instead apply the increase to the line. You cannot deliver precision damage with a blunderbuss. A blunderbuss it require a 2 round action to reload.

You can shoot, but not load, a blunderbuss with one hand at a –4 penalty on attack rolls. You can shoot a blunderbuss with each hand, but you take a penalty on attack rolls as if attacking with two one-handed weapons. This penalty is cumulative with the penalty for one-handed firing.

A blunderbuss may be used as a martial weapon, however a creature with exotic weapon proficiency gain the following special maneuvers when using a blunderbuss:

Improved Handedness: You can shoot a blunderbuss in one hand with no penalty.

Quick Reload: You may reload the weapon as a full-round action. If it would be reduced in any way it cannot be reduced below a move action.

Melee Shot: Firing a blunderbuss do not provoke an attack of opportunity when fired in melee. Attacks made with a blunderbuss against adjacent opponent deal double weapon damage and are made with a +4 bonus to hit.
