This stance is actually two stances in one, and you can switch between the two versions as a free action on your turn once a round.

The first version makes you no longer provoke attacks of opportunity for movement.

The second version has you provoke at normal, with a +4 dodge bonus to AC (this stacks with [[SRD:Mobility|Mobility]]).  If you provoke, and their attack misses you, they provoke an attack of opportunity themselves from you.
