A creature you touch ages 3d4 years and your physical age is reduced by the same amount. Any of the penalties to your ability scores that you've accumulated during the years that were restored by this spell are reversed and eliminated. However, any bonuses that you have accrued over the years that were restored by this spell remain in place. The target creature for this spell must be a living creature which is the same type as yourself (normally humanoid). Meaning that a Human caster cannot use this spell on animals, magical beasts, monstrous humanoids or outsiders for example. A Human caster must use this spell on another humanoid, like Drow, Elves, Gnomes, Half-Orcs, Hobgoblins, Kobolds, Lizardfolk or Troglodytes, etc. 

As this spell has a long cast time, any creature targeted for this spell must be either willing and still, or be otherwise helpless, such as being paralyzed or bound. This spell does not effect creatures that cannot be magically aged like powerful monks or druids. A successful saving throw made by the subject means this spell has no effect.

This treacherous spell is rarely ever used by casters of good alignments, and if so, is certainly never used on more civilzed races. However, evil casters use this spell frequently without regard for the dignity of the creature they use it on, all to keep away the icy grasp of death.
