* Feats: [[Improved Unarmed Strike]] or Unarmed strike class feature, [[Point Blank Shot]] or [[Two-Weapon Fighting]] or any feat that has one of the previous ones as a prerequisite (such as per the ranger's Combat Style feature) or Flurry of Blows class feature.

* Special: Must visit the Altar of Storms in pilgrimage and/or partake of the power of the Storm Dragon.
