== Sugar Water ==
[[Summary::A sweet liquid drug that cause relaxation and hallucinations.|Sugar water is named so for being extremely similar to water in apparence and viscosity.]] It is either drank or boiled and the fumes inhaled. In either case, it leaves a strong but pleasant sweet taste in the mouth. Creatures who consume sugar water will feel extremely relaxed 1d4 minutes after consuming it, then will begin seeing pleasant hallucinations. Sugar water will also suppress pain and anxiety for the duration of its effect. The effects of the drug last for 1d4+4 hours.  

Sugar water is not addicting but may cause psychological addictions. 

A creature who consumed sugar water always counts as being flanked for the duration of the effect. However, the creature also halves any morale penalties or penalty due to pain (such as ''symbol of pain'') it suffers and gains a +4 bonus on all saving throws against [pain] or [fear] effects.
