Dreadful Strikes

3rd level Fey Wanderer feature.
Unofficial Summary: Inflict bonus Psychic damage when you hit with a weapon. This damage increases at Ranger level 11. 

Fey Wanderer Spells

3rd level Fey Wanderer feature.
Unofficial Summary: You always have the following spells prepared. They count as Ranger Spells for you.
Charm Person, Misty Step, Summon Fey, Dimension Door, Mislead
You also have a fey blessing (minor sensory effect that identifies you as fey blessed). 

Otherworldly Glamour

3rd level Fey Wanderer feature.
Unofficial Summary: Buff to Charisma checks. Also gain Proficiency in a skill: Deception, Performance, or Persuasion. 

Beguiling Twist

7th level Fey Wanderer feature.
Unofficial Summary: Buff saving throws against being Charmed or Frightened. Also, when a creature succeeds on a save against being Charmed or Frightened, you choose another creature and it becomes Charmed or Frightened (Wisdom save to avoid; repeats at end of turns). 

Fey Reinforcements

11th level Fey Wanderer feature.
Unofficial Summary: You don't need Material Components to cast Summon Fey. Once per Long Rest, you can cast it without using a spell slot. You can also cast the spell to last a shorter duration, without requiring Concentration. 

Misty Wanderer

11th level Fey Wanderer feature.
Unofficial Summary: A number of times per Long Rest, you can cast Misty Step without spending an spell slot. You can also take one willing creature with you. 5e24
