I have only slight reservations on echoing Gan's rating. Simply put, d8 Con DRAIN and AC 27 on a CR 7 creature is a bit ''too'' good. If this is addressed, I'd be OK with liking this, since otherwise, it's very good. - [[User:MisterSinister|MisterSinister]] 05:03, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
:Con drain has been lowered to d6 and Dexterity to 28. This should put its AC on more acceptable levels. Vampiric touch SLA has also been brought down to 3/day. Still debating whether to issue a save vs Con drain or keep it no-save as is. --[[User:Sulacu|Sulacu]] 15:30, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
