While cowering, the afflicted is considered [[SRD:Prone|prone]], and may only take a partial action, though may not purposely trigger any ability for offensive or maneuverability reasons. This is a [[SRD:Mind-Affecting Effect|mind-affecting effect]]. If already [[SRD:Frightened|frightened]] or [[SRD:Panicked|panicked]], this invocation only knocks makes the target prone.
