These arrows provide have the same level enhancement bonus but, since it is spell go off in whatever way would be most awesome looking. So if you fire an enhancement bonusarrow which contains a touch ranged spell like cure serious wounds or incite love then the spell takes effect on whoever gets hit by the arrow. On the other hand, it does not stack if you have a spell with a magic cone or line area of effect like lightning bolt or color spray it starts the line right in front of the bow. These arrows are not consumed on useBursts or Emanations come from wherever the arrow lands, but instead remain magical and never breakPersonal or no-range spells can't be made into Spell Arrows at all. In any case, unlike normal the arrow itself is completely consumed by this process and doesn't do any actual damage (so curative arrowsaren't as stupid as they might sound). They also provide Hitting a specific target with a special ability Spell Arrow is a ranged touch attack, which uses the enhancement bonus from your bow. All other rules, including the list above when attuneduse of Use Magic Device checks, are identical to that of scrolls.
In the second form, an arrow acts as A traditional post-wish archer will have a Spell Arrow (a special form quiver full of a scroll). These different magical arrows have the spell go off in whatever way would be most awesome looking. So if you fire an arrow which contains a touch ranged spell like cure serious wounds or incite love then the spell takes effect on whoever gets hit by the arrow. On the other hand, if you have and a spell with a cone or line area of effect like lightning bolt or color spray it starts the line right in front of the post-wish magical bow. Bursts or Emanations come from wherever the arrow lands, using normal arrows and Personal or no-range spells can't be made into Spell Arrows at all. In any case, the arrow itself is completely consumed by this process and doesn't do any actual damage (so curative arrows aren't as stupid as they might sound). Hitting a specific target with a different Spell Arrow is a ranged touch attack, which uses the enhancement bonus from your bow. All other rules, including effects to match the use of Use Magic Device checks, are identical to that of scrollsencounter.
A traditional post-wish archer will have a quiver full Use of different minor magical spell arrows, and a post-wish magical bow, using different arrow effects to match the encounter. Each attack with a Petrification bow firing a Time distortion arrow forces a fort save against turning to stone, and a will save against being slowed for 5 rounds. This does require two item slots to be committed at all time to weapon effects.
