Now this has a reason to exist instead of being the poor man version of someone else feat.

|benefit=Upon taking this feat You count your [[strength]] and [[constitution]] as 4 points higher for the purpose of determining your carrying capacity, how many rounds you can run or hustle in a day and how many rounds you can hold your breath before you need to make [[constitution]] checks and gain a bonus equal to +4 or 1/2 your character level (whichever is higher) on all saving throw and checks against the following effects: Saving throws against effects that would make you fatigued or exhausted, [[SRD:Swim Skill|swim]] checks made to resist [[SRD:Nonlethal Damage|nonlethal damage]], [[SRD:Constitution|Constitution]] checks made to continue running, [[SRD:Constitution|Constitution]] checks made to avoid [[SRD:Nonlethal Damage|nonlethal damage]] from a forced march, [[SRD:Constitution|Constitution]] checks made to hold your breath, [[SRD:Constitution|Constitution]] checks made to avoid [[SRD:Nonlethal Damage|nonlethal damage]] from starvation or thirst, [[SRD:Saving Throw|Fortitude]] saves made to avoid [[SRD:Nonlethal Damage|nonlethal damage]] from hot or cold environments, and [[SRD:Saving Throw|Fortitude]] saves made to resist damage from suffocation. ''Good-Look:'' You were more worried about having a good look than building up actual endurance. You gain a +2 bonus on [[charisma]]-based checks against creature of similar bodyshape as you (in the case of humans; most humanoids, giants and humanoid shaped outsiders).
 
''Iron Guts:'' You gain a +4 bonus against poisons and disease. You halves the penalty of being [[SRD:Sickened|sickened]] and you may take a single standard action instead of a move action while being [[SRD:Nauseated|nauseated]].
 
''Strongman:'' You double your [[SRD:Carrying Capacity|carrying capacity]]. You can wield weapon of a single size category bigger than you normally could, however you are limited to a single attack (even on a full-attack action) with it, cannot take attacks of opportunity with it and if your base attack bonus was lower than 6 you are [[SRD:Staggered|staggered]] after each attacks.
 
''Well-Rationed:'' Your body handle lack of drink, food and sleep better than than the average. You can go three time as long without sleep and twice as long without food before suffering any consequences.
