no edit summary
You conjure a heavy downpour of acid rain imbued with a poison of your choice (the material component). The sheets of rain blocks all sight (even darkvision) within it and deals 1d6 points of acid damage each round, no save. Those inside the effect are exposed to the poison used each round using the poison's save DC. Those who fail the save against the poison are only affected with a single dose per spell regardless how long they stay inside the effect. The type of poison (contact, injury, inhaled, or ingested) is irrelevant, as contact with the acid rain becomes the new type of transmission.
Other acid and poison effects cast at those inside the storm gain a +2 bonus to their DC, as the storm fortifies their corrosiveness and toxicity.
The rain extinguishes torches and small fires.
