If you have the ability to create area of effect ki blast using stunning fist, you may spend one additional stunning fist attempt to combine it with this feat, using whichever action is longer and whichever area is larger. However if you do so you do not deal unarmed strike damage if you win the bull rush and if any saving throw is offered a successful save negate the bull rush attempt. The target is siphoned toward or away the origin of the area of effect (the start of a cone or line, the center for a burst).
