When faced with this problem, you go out of your way to correct it and are effectively [[SRD:Fascinated|fascinated]] until the problem is resolved. If you cannot resolve it, such as being in the middle of combat, your irritation over the matter invokes a -2 morale penalty to attack, ability checks, skill checks, and saves (except on rolls made to correct the problem). The penalty persists for 1 hour or until resolved, whichever comes first. You would do well to keep your habits unknown to your enemies, lest they use it against you.
