Runic Tapestries are a matched pair of [[Handwraps (5e Weapon) | Handwraps]], made from silk and embroidered with runes and imagery of an elemental effect, such as roaring flames, gusting wind, rustling leavestwisting vines, crackling lightning, or crashing waves. Sometimes, when not looking directly at it, the embroidery appears animated as if it were a series of similar drawings on the pages of a book as they're rapidly flipped.
Any creature can attune to a pair of Runic Tapestries and gain the benefits of their magical bonus to attack and damage rolls made with unarmed strikes. However, their true power is awakened if a creature that can cast spells attunes to the Tapestries. While worn by the attuned user, the pair of Tapestries gains the following properties:
