Repetition[edit]

That makes the third (or sixth, if you count prestige classes) alchemist this week. We just have to hope no more get put on for a while, or things will get very silly. --Foxwarrior 07:09, September 19, 2010 (UTC)

Awesome idea, but are you going to finish this?[edit]

I got my GM to approve this, because I really love the concept. It just looks like a lot of fun! However... I'm going to have to add to your write up significantly to make it playable. Also, bombs require area effect of some kind, but you don't give the alchemist any on base spell list until fireball, and only a few low level ones in the "secrets." Just a recommendation.

Ummm, I'm pretty sure it is done. It's just a designed ten level class, which allows you to prestige class into whatever you want afterwards. - TG Cid 16:20, 1 July 2012 (UTC)

Uh...[edit]

What's the casting stat for Alchemists when they use their spells? And how do they access their 7th and 8th level spells? They can only cast spells of half their class level rounded up, and the class only has 12 levels (which is itself really weird). Lots of abilities are also poorly explained and not even on the class table. What gives? --71.82.214.138 01:40, 24 June 2013 (UTC)

They can't actually cast spells: "He can cast any spell on his spell list at will, but only to satisfy prerequisites while crafting items that aren't scrolls and to qualify for prestige classes." --TheDarkWad (talk) 04:04, 24 June 2013 (UTC)
Doesn't solve the rest of the problems raised.--71.82.214.138 08:22, 24 June 2013 (UTC)
