I like this, it's flavorful, useful, and cool, but I'm not totally sure a 4th level spell should replicate the effect of another 4th level spell PLUS a bunch of other awesome stuff. I'd be much happier of this was at least 5th level. EDIT: With the changes, I really like this. It's a nasty no-save-just-suck spell, and I think it would be a good one for an enemy to use against a party, forcing them to figure out how to defeat it indirectly.
