Not really that powerful. Your example just means you trade a standard and swift action for a full-attack (assuming you can draw the rat as a free action, which is probably not true). So, even in that situation, you aren't generating a "free" full attack. You are generating a move action. Which is hardly broken. --Aarnott 18:09, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
