Was made with elite array and NPC WBL (59k gp). 70' move speed (100' when hasted), can move up to its speed before and after attacking with 4 attacks per round while drawing and sheathing one's weapon every round along with the ability sprint up to 6x his speed along, up and down walls.
Against the average AC of monsters at CR 15 according to the DMG (31, along with an average of 214 HP, though I'm not sure how many trust that), its average DPR on the hit-and-run (Dance of Blades) is 116.3 while its ultimate attack sequence (Haste + Full Attack) gives a DPR of 162.2...

Yo, its CTLC, you may want an ability where you make a block with your sheathe, maybe 1/encounter or something. Kinda flavorful imo. Also, there arent rules for sheathes anywhere in dnd!!! --128.197.244.229 19:55, March 4, 2010 (UTC)

Just pick it up with your base class or a feat--Wall of Blades (Iron Heart maneuver) reflavored to use a sheathe ;-) --Ghostwheel 20:01, March 4, 2010 (UTC)
