| Hold Monster (non-mind affecting), with the only downside is that you can't coup de grace them. But in all seriousness, few things exceed 30 ft move speed, especially at the level this shows up. So this really is a Save or Lose. I'm not comfortable with that at level 1, very high or not. But mostly I'm annoyed that it blows Hold Person out of the water. |
