| This article is a really fancy way of adding the Temporal Stasis spell to your spell-list and give it spontaneous casting if your casting is not spontaneous. There's also an additional limitation that it only works on one creature at a time, which makes it useful once per encounter.
Given that, I'm not sure if that is worth the stated price. |
