| Ghostwheel is correct here. I am going to be a bit more sympathetic here since 1 Cha is actually not all that much, you're apt to kill them in the X many rounds it will take to drain them. That said, much like the spell Ray of Stupidity, this thing destroys certain creatures. Vermin come to mind. This isn't a huge deal but it's still probably not appropriate for Least.
Stranger still, it's kind of an essence effect on a... shape. Now that doesn't make any sense. |

| Ability damage, much less ability drain, is way too strong at Moderate, or even High level. Plus this usually has no effect, or will bring something down way too quickly. |
