	Horrible idea, overall the power is extremely strong for 1st level and worse allow phantasmal killer at a mere 4th level (with limitations). It available to everyone through the expanded knowledge or hidden talent feat, so the fact it on another power list for an exclusive class do nothing.

I can empathize here, but when you design psionic stuff you need to keep in mind how power work. getting powers from other list as always been part of 3.5e psionic. Now to a find a way to work around that. --Leziad (talk) 18:21, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
