Another cool AoO feat. |
Damage
Is it double weapon damage, or double total damage? I would assume it's double total damage, since you're giving up between 1 and 7 other attacks, right?. Suppose my fighter with 18 STR and Power Attack uses this and hits with his longsword, is the damage:
- 2x(1d8 longsword)+(4 Strength bonus)+(6 power attack) = 2d8+20
or
- (1d8 longsword *2)+(4 Strength bonus)+(6 power attack) = 2d8+10

- I believe the former is correct, per the SRD damage multiplying conventions, but that bonus dice of damage (such as rogue sneak attack) do not get multiplied. --Ideasmith 01:57, December 8, 2009 (UTC)
- It is double everything (like the PHB2 monk alternate feature). I have already asked Ghostwheel about this in the chat :). --Andrew Arnott (talk, email) 02:24, December 8, 2009 (UTC)
- As Aarnott said, it doubles all damage unlike a crit. One point of synergy might be when combining it with this feat. --Ghostwheel 03:07, December 8, 2009 (UTC)
