This provides information about a magic item in the Magic Item Compendium-style, as opposed to SRD-style which dominated until the release of that book.
Parameters[edit]

| itemlevel | No | The level of the item, as described in the Magic Item Compendium. Use the number only, do not include any letters. | 2; 15 |
| bslot | No | Your magic item's body slot. | Held; Head; Feet; Hands |
| cl | Yes | The caster level of your magic item. | 15; 5 |
| aura | Yes | The aura of your magic item and its strength. | Weak (DC 5) abjuration; Moderate (DC 19) evocation |
| act | No | How your magic item is activated. | Swift (command); Standard (Command); Use-activated |
| weight | No | How much your magic item weighs. | 5 lb. |
| summary | No | A one- or two-sentence summary of your magic item. | This summary won't appear on the page itself, but will appear on navigation pages. |
| type | No | Used only in rare cases, like in Artifacts to specify major or minor. | Minor; Major |
