Mystical Prodigy [General]
You have incredible magical potential, making you a prodigy in your magical art.Prerequisites: 1st level only, must be a spellcaster with a spellcasting ability score of 18 or higher.Benefit: Upon taking this feat, choose a spellcasting class you a level in. You gain a +2 bonus on spellcraft checks and a special benefit based on the type of spellcasting selected:
If you choose a prepared spellcasting class, you gain an additional spell per day of each spell level you can cast with the exception of the highest spell level you have access to. At 20th level you gain an extra spell per day of the highest level you can cast.
If you choose a spontaneous spellcasting class, you gain spells per day and spells known as a character one class level higher. This cannot grant you access to a new spell level before a Wizard of equal level would. Additionally you gain an additional spell known of every spell level you can cast with the exception of the highest spell level you have access to. At 20th level you gain an extra spell known of the highest level you can cast.
If you choose a spellcasting class with a spellbook, whenever you gain a level you add an additional spell to your spellbook for free. This is in addition to the normal bonus from being a prepared or spontaneous spellcaster.
