The Tommy Gun is an advanced submachine gun, it actual name is the Thompson submachine gun, due to their complex construction they are always masterwork (included in price). A Tommy Gun uses Bullet Cartridge, the standard model has a 50 round drum magazine included but it can be outfitted with a 100 round drum size for an extra 100 gp. Reloading a Tommy Gun require changing the drum magazine for another which is full which take a move action, filling a drum magazine take 5 minute of work. Extra drum magazine cost 50 gp (for 50 round) or 150 gp (for 100 rounds).
Normally, operating a Tommy Gun requires two hands. However, you can shoot, but not load, a Tommy Gun with one hand at a –4 penalty on attack rolls.
A Tommy Gun may be used as a martial weapon, however a creature with exotic weapon proficiency add his Dexterity to damage roll when attacking with a Tommy Gun. All attack made with a Tommy Gun count as being the same attack for the purpose of damage reduction, resistance or similar effect.
A user with exotic weapon proficiency may make an extra attack when used to full-attack. Alternatively instead of the getting extra attacks when full-attacking, the user may spray fire, making a single attack roll against all targets in a 30 ft cone-shaped burst. For each attack granted by base attack bonus after the first, the size and damage of the cone increase by 1d8 and 15 ft. respectively. Using the spray attack consume 1d6x5 cartridges and only carry enhancement on the weapon if all cartridge fired have the same enhancements, if there is insufficient ammo to fire ion the drum magazine all attack are made with -4 penalty and deal half damage.
